Corrective action: Observed employee hand raw sausage and ground beef and remove gloves then proceed to handling other tasks without hand washing. Educated employee on when to wash requirements when handling raw animal products. 2.) Employees were observed failing to wash their hands when required by the code. Observed employees wash hands for less than the required 10-15 seconds of vigorous scrubbing. Educated employee on cleaning procedures for longer hand washing.

Corrective action: Observed coleslaw holding at 45°F in the prep table. The lid to this cooler was closed during inspection to allow for temperature decline.

Corrective action: Observed cooked chicken with an inaccurate date marking as this was not updated after thawing. Date mark was updated during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed items marked with the consumer advisory that were not offered raw or undercooked. Reviewed with person in charge consumer advisory requirements and guidance on how to mark menu items correctly.

Corrective action: Observed insect devices placed above food and on a food counter. Devices were moved and discarded during inspection.
