None — 16: 4-602.11(C) Food contact surfaces were not clean to sight and touch. Observed a buildup of debris near the dispensing part of the ice machine. Informed person in charge that food and nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent build-up. Person in charge stated they will drain and clean out the machine.
