Sanitizer was remade to proper concentration during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed several temperature-controlled items being held for more than 7 days in the cold holding unit in the kitchen and the walk in cooler. Spoke with person in charge about proper disposition of 7 days for any temperature-controlled items. Items were discarded during inspection. See voluntary condemnation.
