None — 9: 3-301.11(B) Employees were observed handling ready-to-eat foods with bare hands. Observed employees bagging fries without gloves on, causing fries to touch bare hands. Spoke with person in charge about adding gloves to ensure no bare hand contact. Gloves were added during inspection to prevent bare hand contact.

None — 16: 4-501.114(A)-(E),(F)(1)-(2) Quaternary ammonia sanitizing solution intended to sanitize food contact surface(s) was not in the concentration range specified in the manufacture's required concentration. Observed sanitize sink in the three compartments sink in the back with a low concentration. Spoke to person in charge about ensuring quaternary sanitizer is between 200-400 ppm. Sanitizer was added during inspection.
