Corrective action: Observed one can with a severe dent along the seam. Discussed with the person in charge about monitoring cans for dents and to discard cans with dents along the seams that could compromise the integrity of the package. Can was discarded during the inspection, please see the voluntary condemnation.
3-305.11 — Food was not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
Corrective action: Observed a couple bags of potatoes sitting in a box on the floor. Discussed with the person in charge that they were still setting up and were planning to move the items off of the floor. Potatoes were moved off the ground during the inspection.
6-501.12 — Physical facilities were not cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
Corrective action: Observed a buildup of debris on the vent hood above the fryer. Discussed with the person in charge about the cleaning frequency and they plan to get it cleaned or replaced.
