Corrective action: Items were not over the four hour limit and more ice was added to the lines. 2.) Walk in cooler was not keeping TCS items at 41 F or below. Items like Sliced American Cheese and Vanilla Yogurt had temperatures ranging from 46 F - 48 F. Items were over the four hour limit and were discarded.
