10.11 — Receipt or invoice for the sale of new vehicle tires lacking the following statement; SECTION 30-20-1403, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, REQUIRES RETAILERS TO COLLECT A WASTE TIRE ENTERPRISE FEE SET BY THE WASTE TIRE MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE, WHICH IS A GOVERNMENT-OWNED BUSINESS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, AND A WASTE TIRE ADMINISTRATION FEE SET BY THE SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE COMMISSION ON THE SALE OF EACH NEW MOTOR VEHICLE TIRE AND EACH NEW TRAILER TIRE

10.4.2 — (B) Waste Tire Generator does not collect litter to avoid a nuisance condition or fire hazard or control growth of vegetation to minimize potential fuel source.

10.4.2 — (L) Storage of waste tires creates a nuisance that may attract vectors of disease.
